I don't like those 6 or 8 strap suspenders. I know they give a better line to the stocking but they seem too enclosing to me. I expect some guys go for them though.

Well if you've got knobbly knees and bowlegs then yes, my legs are like yours. But somehow I think yours are much more delightful, and much younger as well. They're probably nearly as long as yours 'cos I'm taller than you, not by much, only a couple of inches. having thought about it your legs will be longer than mine (33 inside leg).

If you are looking for something more delicate but still effective, Elle MacPherson and Lejaby do four strap sussies with metal clasps.

I'm a major stockings fetishist and I wouldn't recommend anything I didn't wear myself.  I would say that any lingerie made in France is worth a go.

I love my 8-strap garter belt, but it's such a pain when it comes to fastening them onto the stockings, lol. I am going to be buying more though - with more suspenders on

I'm a dab hand at fastening suspenders onto stockings if you ever want help 

And before anyone says it, no my experience does not come from wearing them myself, so there!

I recently bought the 8 belt ones. Only ever worn four belt suspenders so can you imagine me fumbling around for ages trying to get them on? In the end I clipped the stockings on the suspenders first then pulled them on like pants.
A not so sexy vision of me getting ready lol   


Tartan Doll... perhaps you could have them made or even attempt making them yourself if you are handy with a sewing machine??
